Hai Lam Chicken
Our restaurant Hai Lam Chicken has the same name as the dish itself, although there are various names in Southeast Asia selling this dish. Originally called Hainanese chicken rice is a dish of poached chicken and rice, served with medium spicy sauce and usually with cucumber garnishes. It was created by immigrants from Hainan in southern China and is currently most commonly associated with Singaporean cuisine.

The Menu
First time available in Barcelona. The dish is simple, filling, a quick lunch, and super tasty because of the special ginger sauce. We focus on the Thai version of this dish, which is called khao man kai (Thai: ข้าวมันไก่, pronounced [kʰâːw mān kàj]), literally meaning "chicken oily rice". We offer 2 variations that can be combined including soup and ginger sauce (also known as yellow soybean paste or tauchu) plus possible to accommodate with one appetizer and snack.
